A few minutes later, the X2 landed in front of the restaurant and they both stepped out of the car.
As they both stepped out of the car, Jade felt a sense of excitement and anticipation at the opportunity to finally spend some quality time with Zach.
She linked her arm with his again and Zach asked. “Shall we?”
Jade nodded with a smile on her face as they approached the restaurant.
Standing before them was a smiling host who opened the door for them.
Jade appreciated the gesture as she felt a sense of welcome and respect.
As they stepped into the restaurant, Jade was struck by the elegant atmosphere of the restaurant while admiring the stylish decor, soft lighting and inviting atmosphere.
The delightful aroma of the restaurant’s cuisine wafted through the air and ignited her sense of smell, adding to her anticipation of the culinary experience ahead.
A tall, elegant waiter noticed Zach and Jade walking in and approached them.
“Welcome to The Titan, please follow me to your seats,” The waiter bowed deeply, before leading them towards their reserved table.
Since Zach had been here a couple of hours ago, the waiter recognized him and knew exactly where their seat was.
Zach and Jade both sat down and the waiter inquired, after handing them both a copy of the menu, “What would you like to order?”
“Is there anything you would like to eat?” Zach asked Jade, and she replied.
“Yes, I would like to have the Oyster Rockefeller.”
“Are you sure?” Zach asked.
“Yes,” she replied before looking up from the menu to hear his order.
“Alright, I’ll have what she’s having,” Zach informed the waiter who nodded his head in understanding.
“Very well. What would you like for your main course?”
“I’ll be having the lobster thermidor.”
The waiter noted his request before asking Jade as well.
“I’ll be having what my boyfriend is having,” Jade admitted and her cheeks reddened at the words that came out of her lips.
“And what of your drinks, sir? Is there any particular type you would like to order?” The waiter directed his question at Zach.
“Yes. We would like to have the Chablis and the buttery Chardonnay, right?” Zach looked at Jade and she nodded in agreement.
Noting their final order, the waiter bowed deeply before walking away to get everything they needed.
Meanwhile, Zach leaned back against his chair only to notice Jade staring at him lovingly.
The expression of love radiating around her was immense and she could stare at him all day.
“What’s wrong?” Zach asked with a smile at how Jade was lost in her little world.
Jade shook her head and replied. “It’s nothing.”
“Are you sure about that? Cause it looked like you were staring at a delicious meal.”
“Maybe you’re right. I see a sexy hunk of meat in front of me. It’s only right for me to stare at you,” Jade teased.
Zach gulped in fear and Jade giggled before stating the real reason she was staring at him so lovingly.
“It’s just that I keep discovering new things about you every day.”
“Isn’t that a good thing?” Zach asked with a smile, stretching his arm to caress her soft cheek.
Jade leaned into his touch with her eyes closed. She let out a contented sigh as his touch filled her with a soothing sensation.
A few minutes later, the waiter returned with their appetizers and drinks and they both began to eat while exchanging loving words.
Zach deftly used his fork and knife to cut the creamy lobster meat before coating it with the sauce and offering a bite to Jade.
Jade happily accepted the lobster from Zach and savoured the taste with a delighted smile.
At first, Jade was shocked and didn’t know how to react when Zach initially offered her a bite because of all the stares aimed towards their direction by other couples in the restaurant.
She knew Zach was good-looking but she never expected his charm to make a couple of girls steal glances at him even though they were with their lovers.
She could sense their jealousy as Zach continued to offer her more and more of his lobster, not minding the stares aimed towards them.
Seeing how relaxed Zach was even though he was younger than her, Jade inhaled deeply before resolving to enjoy her evening.
She continued to happily accept the lobster while reciprocating the same display of affection.
The rest of the evening was filled with joy and a pleasant exchange of jokes between the two until they made sure their food had been properly digested.
Then Zach stood up from his seat and offered his arm to Jade which she immediately latched onto before looking at him with a warm smile on her face.
“Where to now?” She asked, eager to discover what other surprises Zach had for her.
His lips curled into a smile and he hummed a bit before replying to her question. “How about we take a walk?”
“I would like that,” Jade agreed and held his arm closely while resting her head on his shoulder as they walked towards the exit.
The two walked out of the restaurant and towards the nearby park which was just a five-minute walk from the restaurant.
As Zach and Jade walked into the park, they noticed the air was filled with the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers and the gentle rustling of leaves in the evening breeze.
The park was also bathed in the soft glow of the setting sun, as it cast a warm, golden light over its rich greenery.
The sound of a nearby fountain added a soothing melody to the peaceful atmosphere around them, which created an idyllic setting the two had never experienced before.
“It’s beautiful,” Jade said aloud as her eyes fell upon a designated dancing area which was adorned with twinkling orbs that hung from the surrounding trees, casting a magical aura over the area.
Jade spread her arms wide as the gentle night wind caressed her skin and played with the hem of her beautiful dress while she embraced the tranquil atmosphere of nature.
